SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 48 hours of placing it, Tuesday-Saturday. Once the order has been processed shipping takes 5-8 days. Once the items are shipped a confirmation number and tracking number will be provided to you via email. If there are any discrepancies with the mailing address please contacts us immediately. If the order has already been shipped additional charges will occur when resent. Additional fees for taxes and shipping cost will be totaled at the point of "check out". 
 

RETURNS

You have 5 days to return hair. All refund will be returned within 3 businesses days, once item(s) have been returned. All  items must be in its original condition for a refund or exchange to be honored. No refund or exchanges will be made on these bundles. Items that have been used, played with ,installed, cut, dyed, bleached or damaged in anyway WILL NOT be refunded or exchange.
