Return Policy

At Bundle'Appetit, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all returns must meet the requirements below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The wig must be unworn, unused, and unaltered.

  • Lace must remain uncut.

  • Hair must not be washed, colored, styled, or chemically processed.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn wigs

  • Customized wigs

  • Cut lace units

  • Washed or altered hair

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
